Japanese authorities have vowed to take motion following reviews that guests to a theme park showcasing scenes from beloved animated movies have been taking indecent images of themselves with statues of the characters.
In February, images have been posted to social media displaying males “pretending to sexually assault younger feminine characters” in Ghibli Park, Singapore’s Straits Instances newspaper reported.

Ghibli Park is a theme park devoted to the work of fashionable animation firm Studio Ghibli, akin to Academy Award-winning “Spirited Away,” and “My Neighbor Totoro.” It’s positioned in Aichi prefecture, lower than an hour from Kyoto by practice.
